The equivalent to equine for sheep is Ovine (for cattle it is Bovine, pigs Porcine etc etc) Hope this helps.
i would guess pecology. pecus is the latin form for sheep, and logy is the study of. btw, equine is not the word for the study of horses--it means ''pertaining to horses.''
